Indoor Rock Climbing @ The Gravity Vault


Exercise is great, but it's only relevant if it makes other activities easier. That's why RD plans events outside of the gym. To apply our strength. In January, we're going climbing in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Open to all ages and experience levels.

Decemeber: Bring a Friend Month!

At RD, exercise is more fun, but reaching your goals can be tough. That's why this month is bring a friend month! 

Bring a friend to any Team Training workout and they'll receive half off of a 2 week trial!

So text, call, gently drag your friends in for a workout. We'd be happy to meet them.
