Tasty Tuesday: Turkey Burgers

Makes 12-15 burgers.


Ground Turkey (3lbs)

Black Beans (1 Can)

Garlic powder to taste

Salt/pepper to taste

1 egg

Gluten Free breadcrumbs (1/4ish cup)



1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2) Make into burger patties.

3) Grill.
