Tasty Tuesday: Lemon Broccoli


2 Bunches/Crowns of Broccoli

1 Lemon

1/4-1/2 cup of water

1 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil in pan
  2. Add the zest of 1 lemon and the broccoli to the pan
  3. Cook broccoli until a little brown (2-4 minutes)
  4. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of water (depending on how much broccoli is in the pan)
  5. Add the juice from 1 lemon
  6. Cook until tender
