Tasty Tuesday: Chicken Teriyaki Burger


1 pound ground chicken

1 grated carrot

2 minced green onions

1 clove crushed garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

Enough grated fresh ginger for taste

1 teaspoon sesame oil


Combine ingredients

Shape the mixture into 3 1/2-inch patties. Rest the patties on waxed paper.

Grill until juice runs clear from the center when pierced with a knife.
