Tasty Tuesday: Buffalo Roasted Chick Peas
Delicious, healthy buffalo hot sauce roasted chick peas! Something crunchy and tasty to munch on!
One can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and well-drained 1 tbsp olive oil
6-8 tbsp of buffalo hot sauce (We love Frank's)
Fine sea salt.
1… Heat the oven to 400°F.
2… Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in
an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet and bake until they crisp, around 30 minutes.
3… Remove the tray from the oven and pour approximately 2 tbsp of hot sauce onto the chickpeas; stir to
4… Place back into the oven for 3-4 minutes until the hot sauce has dried.
5… Repeat with another 2 applications of hot sauce or until the desired flavor has been reached.
6… Sprinkle with salt to taste.
