Tasty Tuesday: Balsamic Pork

Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

2-3 pound pork tenderloin

1-2 onions, sliced

1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake

2 cloves garlic, chopped


  1. Place sliced onions in the bottom of a slow cooker
  2. Place pork tenderloin on top of onions
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over pork
  4. Cook on low 5-7 hours
  5. Shred pork with tongs or forks
  6. Save gravy and onions as a sauce for the pork. Gravy and onion mixture can also be blended for a thicker sauce.
