Content of the Week: Training Before You Train
In last week's Movement Monday, we discuss "getting ready for exercise." Results Driven can look intimidating at times. A lot of the exercises we do are foreign. We get it, but we promise there's a place for you here.
Although some of the stuff we do is tough and requires skill, no one starts on the hardest exercises. Watch what Coach Ed and Coach Mike have to say about having better cardio or moving better before starting at Results Driven. If you're still skeptical, stick around for Katie's commentary at the end.
