RD Recipe: Baked Vegetables
1 bag Brussel Sprouts
1 bag Cauliflower
1 container of Baby Bell Mushrooms
1 container of small Tomatoes
Coconut oil/olive oil spray
Adobo to taste
- Half or Quarter the brussel sprouts
- Break the cauliflower florets into smaller pieces
- Slice mushrooms to desired thickness
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with coconut oil/olive oil spray.
- Spread the veggies out over the baking sheets.
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.
