RD Kitchen: Coach Mike's Guacamole

Who doesn't like a good guacamole! Check out Coach Mike's recipe for an easy, delicious side for any festivity!


2 Avocados, pitted, scooped and smashed
Hand full of cilantro, chopped
1/2 a jalapeno, minced
1/2 a tomato, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 a white onion, chopped
1/2 a lime, juiced
2 tablespoons of Cumin
1/8 teaspoon of Cayanne
Salt and pepper to taste


1) Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2) Smash together and combine.
3) Taste as you go for salt and lime.
4) Add to refrigerator for 15-30 minutes for flavors to marry.
