Here at Results Driven in Monroe, New York we focus on teaching our members to move well to help them reach their fat loss or strength goals. Part of that equation is finding the appropriate breath.
Here, Coach Mike explains how we approach breathing during exercise and gives some examples to help you apply the right breathing to your workout.
1) Breathing is key to moving correctly and safely.
2) When you're stretching, exhale as you feel the stretch.
3) When you're lifting, exhale as you're exerting yourself. Breathe in as you're reloading.
