Here are 3 easy protein pancake recipes:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth

  2. Heat griddle

  3. Lightly grease pan with non-stick cooking spray

  4. Cook on medium low heat

  5. ENJOY!

4-INGREDIENT PANCLOCKS
(misplaced Adam Sandler reference)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder (whatever flavor floats your boat)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3 ounces milk of choice

OATMEAL PROTEIN PANCAKES

  • 1 cup egg whites

  • ⅓ cup uncooked rolled oats

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup

LIGHT AND RIGHT PANCAKES

  • ½ cup egg whites

  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Pinch of cinnamon
