Do You Wear Shoes to The Gym?
Here's Why Going Barefoot Will Improve Your Life

Most people can’t be barefoot all day, everyday. That’s understable. Co-workers and strangers would probably give you odd looks. You could step on glass or a half-lit cigarette or something. But modern day shoes are wrong for humans, period. Bunions, foot pain and inability to balance may all stem from incorrect footwear.
Think about how humans evolved… from quadruped to biped animals, right? You’ve thousands of nerve endings on your feet for a good reason. You used to use your feet like your hands and your hands like your feet. Ever have that odd friend who picks stuff up with their finger-like toes? Yeah, that one. They’re probably more well-off than you in the foot department!
On the left is an adult foot that’s never worn a shoe. On the right is the foot of someone who’s only worn shoes for a few weeks. Now, can you see what months, years and decades in the “wrong” shoes, can do to your feet?
So what’s the solution?

ROLL IT OUT
