  1. Helps you get a well rounded amount of vitamins and nutrients.
  2. Is habit 9 because variety is important, but the preceding habits should be considered first.



  1. Look at your deficits. What could you be eating more of?
  2. What and where can you add variety.
  3. Don't let variety stop you from executing the previous habits.
