Nutrition Habit 10: Plan to be off the plan 10% of the time
Planning time off the plan...
- Means 10% of the time you're having:
- Caloric beverages, sugary food/drink, alcohol, starches not after a workout.
- 10% means 10% of the amount of meals you have.
- 35 meals (5 meals/day x 7 days/week) means 3-4 meals off the plan each week.
- Food Journal
- Make sure you're having 35 meals a week.
- Plan and write down your cheats.
