What were your workouts like before joining? Your Nutrition?
My previous workouts were boring treadmill runs that were hurting my knees and left me uninspired. 

My nutrition was mostly low carb and generally pretty healthy.

What are your training sessions like now? The training at RD is much more focused on me and my needs. It can even be personalized in a large group. I feel great when I'm done and have so much more energy.

What are your goals going forward?
I have many personal goals now that I am a member. I not only the goal of weight loss and better health, but now I look forward to the day when I can kettlebell swing. I know that I will reach that goal. I have all ready progressed with my training and can lift without all of the back pain I previously experienced.

What specific results have you gotten since joining? Weight, dress size, belt size? Does your body feel better? How?
I have lost 4 pounds so far but far more important is I can see changes when I look in the mirror. I am more toned than when I started and my clothes fit better.

What's the biggest impact training at Results Driven has had on your life?
The training at RD has made me reevaluate my goals and how they can be reached and I am more confident in my ability to reach those goals.

Would you recommend Results Driven Fitness Systems? If so, why?
I recommend RD because it's an interesting, fun way to work out, and even if you have back pain or knee pain like myself, the workouts can be adjusted to manage those issues.

"The difference at Results Driven Fitness is the Coaches/Trainers, and Nutritionist (yup, nutritionist) is they truly care about your all around well being. The coaches work with you to achieve goals both in strength and your eating habits. The entire team and members know everyone by name. 

At the gyms I've previously belonged to, I was just a member doing what I thought I should be doing, and it didn't work!

What were your workouts like before joining? Your Nutrition?
I didn't work out. Nutrition was better because I had did weight watchers before.

What are your training sessions like now?
Intense. I feel much better about myself and the way I feel after every work out.

 

What are your goals going forward?

To continue to lose body fat and become stronger.

What specific results have you gotten since joining? Weight, dress size, belt size? Does your body feel better? How?
I have went from a XL in clothing to a medium. My clothes are lose and I feel stronger. I have gained more muscle, too.

What's the biggest impact training at Results Driven has had on your life?
I no longer sweat peeling an orange and my arm fat doesn't jiggle when I am brushing my teeth haha just kidding. It made me stronger.

If you could go back to when you joined, what advice would you give yourself to help you succeed sooner?
Nutrition; to focus more on my diet. I think I would have seen faster results.

Would you recommend Results Driven Fitness Systems? If so, why?
Yes! I learned a lot. I like the small class work outs, the nutrition, and the personal time.

What were your workouts like before joining? Your Nutrition?
When I was younger I was active and I thought I would always be fit-lucky young genes. Throw in two kids and a thyroid disease within three years and I turned into a completely different person. Prior to joining RD, I wasn't working out at all and it was showing. I was tired, sluggish, and flabby! Add to that my poor nutrition and I was very self conscious of how I looked and felt. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner consisted of anything I could eat in a hurry, mainly the cafeteria in my office building which they claim is healthy but I now know is not, as well as the vending machines. I was substituting meals with snacks!

What are your training sessions like now?
Training with RD is hard work and extremely rewarding! "The hardest part is getting there." This is a fact but it all makes getting off the couch worth it. The coaches are high energy. The other clients are helpful and supportive. It's obvious the coaches want you to see results and to train the proper way. You won't get through a class, whether it be small group or team training, without them adjusting your form or complementing you on your progress in a very positive manner. You leave the building tired, sweaty and cursing them in your head, but seeing changes in your body and more energy through out your daily life, you want to walk in there and hug them, or maybe even dead-lift them! :)

What are your goals going forward?
I am not ashamed to admit that I joined RD out of vanity. Hey, I'm allowed to want to feel that I look good; I have to live with myself! Now that I see changes and feel better about myself, I want to focus on my over-all health. RD has helped me understand the importance of nutrition and planning food for the week ahead. I have a thyroid disease and would love to get off medication (if possible) with the help of health and nutrition. I want to live a long, healthy and strong life. I refuse to be that overweight, weak person in the nursing home!

What specific results have you gotten since joining? Weight, dress size, belt size? Does your body feel better? How?
Everything has shrunk in just two months!!! MY ARMS! MY LEGS! MY TORSO! I am officially down two pants sizes. I have muscle definition all over. I can easily run up stairs, chase my kids and dog, or go for a walk without needing to rest as soon as I used to need it. In only two months!!!!!! #braggingrights #thanksRD

I am not too familiar with muscle mass, body fat, water weight, etc or what it means to numbers and a scale, but I do know that losing 10 pounds but also gaining muscle means I have lost more fat than I can comprehend. I don't care about the number on the scale; the size of the jeans tells me I have amazing results so far.

What's the biggest impact training at Results Driven has had on your life?
I will say it again and again. I feel strong and have more energy to get through my long days.

If you could go back to when you joined, what advice would you give yourself to help you succeed sooner?
Starting with the three-week shred and a strict diet gave me the best results possible. It showed me what I can be. I had no room for cheating and learned to eat to refuel, not as a hobby or to satisfy my palette. I think a drastic change in nutrition was exactly what I needed to see results and want to continue with a membership at RDF.

Would you recommend Results Driven Fitness Systems? If so, why?
Should I start with the cliche? Sure. RD has changed my life. Friends and coworkers have noticed the weight loss. I feel good. I tried joining a gym and getting on a treadmill. I tried the elliptical. This was boring to me. This gave me no results. IT was wasted money.

Group fitness and weight training and nutrition counseling is where it's at. If you're not seeing results, or want better results, you have to take it head on. I see how difficult it is for people to make this change and believe. But coming from someone who is technically 20 lbs overweight for her short height, with a thyroid disease, I can say with 100% honesty that RD has made a huge difference in my health.

Get to a class. Meet with any one of the coaches. You will be happy you did. Now, how do I convince people to get off the elliptical!?
