Tasty Tuesday: Yogurt 2 Ways

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Fage No-Fat Yogurt

1/2 Cup Raspberries

1/2 of a Banana

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

 

Recipe 2: Vanilla Banana Peanut Butter Yogurt

In a bowl add:

One Cup of Fage Yogurt

One scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 Tbsp of Peanut butter

Mix together

Add 1/2 of a banana

Combine and enjoy

Recipe 1: Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt

In a bowl add:

One cup of Fage Yogurt

One scoop of chocolate protein powder

Tbsp of Coconut Oil

Mix together

Then add a 1/2 c of Raspberries

Combine and enjoy
