Why protein shakes? Protein shakes address can address 3 nutrition habits at the same time. With the right ingredients, and the right timing, you could; eat every two to four hours, have protein with a meal and vegetables with a meal!

What Kind of protein should You buy?

Whey or Plant based are our general recommendations. Whatever you choose:

1) Make sure its minimal ingredients
2) Watch out for Soy
3) Whatever you choose, make sure it vibes with your stomach.

Add your fruit:

1) Lean towards berries: Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries.
2) Avoid highlighting high sugar fruits like bananas or pineapple

An anytime meal (a meal not after a workout), add a fat:

Coconut oil, nut butter, whole nuts or avocado.

If it's a post-workout meal:

Add a starch (oats, sweet potato, pumpkin, extra fruit), nix the fat.
