Here we're teaching a single leg, hip dominant exercise, the eccentric step down. Get the scoop from Coach Mike!
1) To set up, put have one foot on the box, one foot off.
2) Pull down slowly, pulling your butt back and down.
3) Your shin should stay relatively vertical.
4) To get back up, tap and push yourself up or rest your foot on the floor and step up.
