- Helps you get a well rounded amount of vitamins and nutrients.
- Is habit 9 because variety is important, but the preceding habits should be considered first.
- Look at your deficits. What could you be eating more of?
- What and where can you add variety.
- Don't let variety stop you from executing the previous habits.
