Nutrition Habit 10: Plan to be off the plan 10% of the time

 
 

Planning time off the plan...

  1. Means 10% of the time you're having:
    1. Caloric beverages, sugary food/drink, alcohol, starches not after a workout.
  2. 10% means 10% of the amount of meals you have.
  3. 35 meals (5 meals/day x 7 days/week) means 3-4 meals off the plan each week.

 

Homework...

  1. Food Journal
  2. Make sure you're having 35 meals a week.
  3. Plan and write down your cheats.
